Join Call AI Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose personal information when you use our platform at joincallai.com (the "Service").

We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in that Act.

Short version: We collect information you give us, information from the calls you make using our platform, and standard usage data. We use it to run the Service and make it better. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Each third-party provider has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review their policies. We contractually require our providers to process data only as necessary to provide the Service and to implement appropriate security measures.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfil the purposes in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service:

We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If this changes, we will update this policy and provide opt-out mechanisms.

You can control cookie settings through your browser. Disabling essential cookies may prevent you from logging in to the Service.

10 Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for professional use by adults (18 years and over). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a child, we will delete it promptly. Please contact us if you believe this has occurred.

11 International Data Transfers

Some of our third-party providers (including Twilio, Deepgram, and Anthropic) are based in the United States. When we send data to these providers, it leaves Australia. We take steps to ensure these transfers are protected by contractual obligations that meet Australian Privacy Principle 8 requirements.

Our primary database and application infrastructure is hosted on AWS in the Asia-Pacific (Sydney) region (ap-southeast-2), keeping core user data in Australia wherever possible.
